We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.
Worldwide Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping and only deliver within the U.S.
Domestic Shipping Only: We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

Shipping Fees
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S.
Additional Charges: Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may have extra shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout and displayed before purchase.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Shipping Partners: We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx and UPS to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Transit Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Estimated Delivery Window: Most orders will be delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the purchase date (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

Delivery Information
Standard Delivery: Most orders do not require a signature unless they contain high-value items.
Larger Shipments: For oversized bicycle orders or bulk purchases, the carrier may arrange a delivery window.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will attempt up to three times. You may also schedule re-delivery or pick up your package from the carrier’s location.

Shipping Issues
Lost Packages: If your package is not delivered or tracking has not been updated for five business days, please contact us at support@querlon.com. We will investigate and offer a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, refuse delivery if possible or document any visible damage.
  • Contact us within 48 hours to report the issue, and we will arrange a return or replacement.
    Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing, notify us within seven days, and we will promptly send the correct items.

Modifications & Cancellations
Modifying an Order: If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at support@querlon.com for changes. Once shipped, modifications are not possible.
Order Cancellation: Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled for a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further assistance.

Delays & Exceptional Circumstances
While we aim for timely delivery, unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may affect shipment times. In such cases, we will keep you informed with updated delivery details.
